INGREDIENTS:
Toor dhal - 1 Cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Ghee - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - as needed
HOW TO MAKE:
Wash the dhal and cook it pressure cooker. Allow two whistles, add needed salt and mash well with the use of whisk (Mathu). Transfer into the serving bowl.
Heat ghee in a small pan and fry the cumin seeds. Transfer it on the dhal.
Serve with hot rice. Rasam and keerai is the good combo :-)
